The contract for secretarial services was approved at the November 2013 School Board meeting and was for a period of one (1) year. Amendment of this contract will extend the term of the contract for one month through December 31, 2014, at which time it will terminate. The reasoning behind the extension of the term is that will allow the School Board Attorney to have uninterrupted support/secretarial services through the end of the year, after which the School Board can make a determination as to how it chooses to proceed with provision of such services in the future.
